Albuca flaccida - to be confirmed
Information
Slymstok, geldbeursie (Afr.), slime lily, soldier-in-the-purse (Eng.)
Albuca flaccida is a bulb that comes up only in winter. Some of the species excrete a slimy residue on their leaves. The leaves range from broader strappy blades to thin grass-like blades. Flowers are yellow to white with distinctive tepal formation in that the inner 3 tepals remain closed and the flowers tend to droop.
