Greek: chrys, golden; come, hair of the head: referring to terminal heads of golden flowers. Flats and lower slopes
Erect, closely-leafy shrub up to 50cm. Leaves linear, recurved; flowerheads discoid; small solitary, showy yellow button-like flowers massed at tips of stems.
